The exceptionally fine weather conditions in September allowed the abundant crop of grapes to ripen beautifully. So between September 23 and October 13, some very fine grapes were harvested in excellent conditions. The Pinot Noir wines are fruity and full-bodied; the Chardonnay wines show a lot of distinction, and the Meunier wines add a touch of indulgence.
Soft and creamy, the fine texture carries flavors of black currant and wild strawberry, with hints of financier, citrus zest and smoky mineral. Very appealing for its overall finesse and finely tuned, mouthwatering acidity. Deep pink Colour with coppery glints, abundant streams of delicate bubbles. On the Nose, red berries, firm fruits and autumnal notes.
