The fruit for this wine was harvested from different regions at varying degrees of ripeness to capture the full range of fresh fruit flavours that Chardonnay is capable of producing. This wine was made in a contemporary Australian style, fermented very slowly at low temperatures in stainless steel to retain as much Fruit flavour as possible.

This wine displays an abundance of freshly picked fruit on the nose. Aromas brim with peach aromas with some hints of citrus.
